Refunds & Cancellations Policy

At Leverage Works Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), we value our customers and aim to provide clarity and fairness in handling cancellations and refunds. This policy applies to all puchases made through our website wcmma.in.
Eligibility for Cancellations & Refunds
A customer may qualify for a refund or cancellation in the following cases:
Duplicate Payment: If the customer has been charged more than once for the same service.
Service Unavailability: If the booked program/service is cancelled by the Company due to unforeseen circumstances.
Refunds will not be porvided under the following circumstances:
Services already availed or partially availed.
Cancellations made after the permitted notice period.
Non-refundable products, registrations, or promotional/discounted services.
Cancellation Process & Notice Period
Customers must submit a cancellation request by emailing us at info@wcmma.in or calling +91-1800 4123 1176.
Cancellation requests must include:
Full Name
Contact Information
Payment Reference / Transaction ID
Reason for cancellation
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service/program to qualify for a refund.
Refund Process & Timeline
Once a cancellation request is approved, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days.
The refund will be credited back to the original mode of payment used by the customer (bank account, credit/debit card, UPI, or wallet).
Customers will be notified by email once the refund has been processed.
Documentation Required
To process a refund or cancellation, customers may be asked to provide:
Proof of payment (invoice, transaction receipt, or payment ID).
Valid identification (if required for verification).
